Qualifications:
So How Can You “Fill” This Role?
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 4 years of related experience
- Experience managing in dental or another fast-paced, highly interactive customer service atmosphere
- Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance preferred

- Demonstrate problem solving skills and improve office efficiency by assisting with patient chart audits to ensure proper documentation and consistency with patients’ treatment plan

- Exhibit adaptability and dependability while coordinating scheduling, payments, and insurance verification for the best patients around
- Bring a great attitude to our office that will allow you to connect and form valuable relationships with our team and patients alike
- Practice flexibility, filling in for office manager when needed
