Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
- Handle office communications, including answering phones and managing emails
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Assist with payroll processing and some HR responsibilities
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide support to the installation teams, ensuring smooth operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer service
- Prepare and type proposals, cost estimates, and billing documents
- Ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the construction or insulation industry is a plus
