A South Seattle manufacturer is looking for a full-time outgoing highly motivated professional Assistant Office Manager to support our managers with several daily tasks as well as many long-term projects. Your ability to meet deadlines, keep projects moving to completion and easily move from one task to another will make you an integral part of the team.
Duties include:
Administrative and clerical duties as required on the job including faxing, scanning, data entry, helping preparing & organizing job files, filing, word processing and working with excel spreadsheets
Accounting Support and data entry
Light phone support as needed.
Assisting various departments with other projects as needed
Other duties as necessary to support the business needs
Requirements:
- 2-3 years Administrative experience
- Thorough knowledge and competent skill using Microsoft Office especially word and excel
- Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable background a Plus
- Accurate typing and spelling, good writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Can easily switch from working independently to working in a team and back
- Ability to seek and take on new tasks and stay busy during the workday
Salary: DOE
