Assistant Production Manager - Masiello Employment Services

Our client located north of Keene, NH is looking for an Assistant Production Manager to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Assistant Production Manager position are as follows:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Manufacturing supervisory experience
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and hardworking with commitment to follow through
• Ability to lead and hold team members accountable

Benefits you will receive as the Assistant Production Manager:

• Direct Hire position
• Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with OT during peak times
• $45-$51k/year depending on skills and experience

For the Assistant Production Manager position your duties will include:

• Assist manager with daily production activity, act as backup manager as needed
• Assist with employee training and mentoring
• Ensure team follows company policies and procedures
• Assist with work assignments
• Inspect product packaging for quality
• Identify areas of improvement and contribute to continuous improvement culture
• Act as role model for performance and safety
• Communicate with manager regarding quality/production issues
• Other duties as requested
