Compensation: $75,000 - $82,000/year

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Assistant Program Director (LMSW):
- Program Management: Oversee social service delivery, including program oversight, staff supervision, and training.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external stakeholders, including service partners, government representatives, and community agencies, to ensure effective service planning and operations.
- Leadership: Provide clinical and operational leadership to the program, addressing client engagement and challenging behaviors.
- Housing Placement: Promote a culture focused on housing placement as a success metric and ensure clients are prepared for housing.
- Client Assessment: Assess and evaluate client functioning, supervise case conferences, and coordinate care delivery with multiple service providers.
- Education: Masters degree required (NYS LMSW or LCSW strongly preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years supervisory experience, preferably in 24/7 programs and with homeless populations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Access-based databases.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
