Who We Are:
- The Assistant Program Officer for the Professional Fellows Program (PFP) will support and assist with PFP program implementation and departmental operations within the Fellowship & Internship Programs Department. They will work on program administration, including logistics planning and arranging, have direct contact with participants while supporting their experiences, and help to mange the relationships with other stakeholders and program partners.
Who You Are:
- To be successful in this job, you will excel in participant support, communications and group facilitation, and operations management. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management and execution and have strong organizational skills.
What You’ll Do:
Your job will be to help plan for and implement all facets of the Professional Fellows Program including delivering virtual programming content, collaborate with Cultural Vistas program teams to increase efficiencies and improve program processes, and prioritize open, clear, and timely communication with participants and program partners.
At any given time, you will be responsible for industry research and outreach on behalf of fellows, developing communication strategies for program promotion, and executing tasks in preparation for bringing Pacific fellows to the U.S. in May 2025.
You will report to the Assistant Director, Fellowship & Internship Programs.

This is a full-time, limited term 6-month long position without the option to extend.
