Your contributions will help ensure the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in project set-up using Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
- Input data, maintain logs, and generate reports using various tools.
- Support the creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Develop, implement, and maintain scheduling and cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts for small projects.
- Follow project execution plans diligently.
- Review and approve Purchase Orders and Subcontracts for accurate coding.
- Document changes to cost reports and forecasts.
- Manage upstream and downstream change orders.
- Assist in the development of cash flows and various levels of schedules.
- Apply logic ties and resource loading within project schedules.
- Coordinate project schedules and develop scheduling reports.
- Retrieve, review, and distribute pre-programmed scheduling reports with backup documentation.
- Update and document schedule progress.
- Develop and maintain an earned value management system.
- Verify progress measurements and maintain progress curves.
- Conduct material takeoffs and ensure quality checks on project controls deliverables.
- Perform field audits to validate the accuracy of reporting and processes.
- Comply with all company policies and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with 2 years of experience, or equivalent applicable experience.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification or ability to obtain it.
- Involvement in campus or community activities is preferred.
