Gpac has partnered with a construction company that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join their team!

Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in construction project management- diverse commercial project experience needed!
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of construction projects.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
