As an Assistant Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the given deadlines and budget.
2. Coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables by working closely with the project team.
3. Utilizing project management tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
4. Ensuring that all project activities comply with company and industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in construction and general contracting.
3. Proficiency in project management software, specifically Procore and Bluebeam.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
5. Proficiency in Procore or Bluebeam
