Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager and Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and to the satisfaction of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project manager and team members to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors necessary for project execution.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact timelines or budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Assist in the resolution of any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in commercial construction or project management is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Be willing to relocate based on company need.
