Job Description:
- Support project management team in overseeing luxury residential projects.
- Assist in budget tracking, scheduling, and maintaining adherence to project timelines.
- Participate in on-site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
- Aid in contract and scope development, supporting RFQ responses and document management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating smooth project workflows.
- Use Procore, Microsoft Project, and other tools to support project tracking and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in residential, stick built, new construction project support.
- Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, and similar construction management software.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
