JOBSITE LOCATION: New Boston, Texas
STARTING PAYRATE: $55k - $69k per year (negotiable depending on experience)
HWH has an effective method for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position.
PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday (5) 10s
*In some instances, Saturday shifts will be needed per job requirements at that time.
The Assistant Project Superintendent's responsibility includes assisting the Project Superintendent with the overall day-to-day supervision of field related construction activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with contractual and quality standards.
- Assisting in scheduling and directing the daily activities of work and taking necessary action to assure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality and process are met.
- Maintaining daily paperwork such as field reports, schedule updates and e-mail correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues.
- Implementing incremental project schedules that make sure upcoming events are on track and are being proactively attended to.
