Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join their
team in managing a large property in downtown Atlanta. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the property to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Leasing and Marketing: Assist in leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available spaces.
- Financial Management: Support the Property Manager in preparing budgets, financial reports, and rent collection. Monitor expenses and assist in cost control measures.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely and efficient property maintenance and repairs. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle correspondence related to property management. Utilize property management software for various tasks.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management. Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
