Dominion Management manages over 850 homes in The Greater Baltimore Area. We are looking for a vibrant candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.
Applicants must be excellent communicators, highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and have superior customer service skills. Affordable housing experience is required. This position will report directly to our Property Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Process applications and conduct background screenings
- Investigate and help resolve complaints, disturbances, and violations
- Contribute to the achievement of team goals, leasing benchmarks, and resident retention
- Keep our Property Manager informed of any information that could affect property operations
- Ensure strict compliance with the Fair Housing Act
- Prepare, monitor, and distribute reports on a variety of operational and financial data
- Provide direction to the team in the absence of the Property Manager
- Conduct weekly meetings with senior level management
- Participates in and attends all required training sessions
- Previous experience working in property management with Housing Choice Voucher Programs (Section 8)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance
- Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Skilled in time management and able to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency tracking both short and long-term projects through to completion
- Ability to apply problem solving skills to resolve typical operational issues
