Join Our Team as an Assistant Property Manager!

We’re seeking a self-motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Property Manager in the Louisville, KY 40216 area. This position will support the overall operations of the property, under the general direction of the Property Manager.


Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)


Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience, plus potential for move-in bonuses


Requirements:



+ Previous customer service or administrative experience.


+ Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, thrive under pressure, and meet deadlines.


+ Proficiency with technology and Google Workspace products.


+ Strong communication skills with staff, residents, vendors, and others.


+ Excellent customer service skills.


+ Steady work history.


+ Valid driver's license and ability to travel for training.


+ Willingness to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.



Responsibilities:



+ Assist the Property Manager with leasing and marketing efforts.


+ Show available units to prospective residents.


+ Ensure compliance with move-in file requirements, adhering to Affordable Housing program guidelines.


+ Assist with processing Tenant Annual Recertifications.


+ Notify the Property Manager of any property issues or damages.


+ Enter work orders as reported by tenants.


+ Conduct unit inspections and assist with related tasks.


+ Issue late rent notices.


+ Address tenant complaints and concerns to facilitate resolution.


+ Complete all duties as assigned by the Field Supervisor and Property Manager.
