Habitat America, a woman-owned property management company, seeks an experienced, professional Full-Time Assistant Property Manager (35 hours per week) for Westminster Overlook in Westminster, Maryland! Westminster Overlook is a 98 unit Tax Credit/Section 8 Senior housing community. This fast growing, property management company is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region.
The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step in the Property Manager role in their absence, therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. To be considered for this position, candidates must have least 2 years of prior property management Tax Credit/Section 8 experience as a Assistant Community Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least 2 years prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Property Manager
- Must have 2+ years HUD experience
- 2+ years of project based Section 8 experience
- COS certification strongly desired
- Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work individually and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lead a team while being part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required LIHTC and HUD paperwork
