We are currently hiring an assistant regional therapy director who is self-motivated, flexible, and able to be a positive member of our growing team! Frequent travel is required
As the assistant regional therapy director you will support all Dove Healthcare therapy gyms throughout Wisconsin by:
- providing efficiency coaching to employees
- analyzing and auditing processes to achieve best outcomes
- managing compliance training
- supporting new employee onboarding
- tracing and completing systems training
- providing on-site department support
- assisting with payroll and performance reviews
- aiding in recruitment and retention
- facilitating student placement
Required Qualifications:
- PT, OT, ST, PTA, OTA licensed
- prior department, employee, and/or project management experience
- in depth knowledge of current and changing Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
- previous experience in therapy management is preferred
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- the ability to adjust quickly and multitask to assist with unpredictable situations
- proficient in Microsoft excel
- available in person, virtually, and phone
- be able to provide therapist support in the event of patient coverage needs
