DESCRIPTION: As the Assistant General Manager, you'll help set the vibe for guest experiences every shift. Lead and collaborate with a team in a safe, dynamic, and innovative space. Help develop strategies to boost guest satisfaction, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure staff are well-versed in food safety and delivering top-notch service. Strong communication skills and a proven track record in restaurant management are key to thriving in this role!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Help manage daily operations of the restaurant

·        Ensure that all staff members are properly trained on food safety procedures

·        Provide guidance on how to deliver excellent customer service

·        Lead and work alongside like-minded individuals in a safe, energetic, and creative environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

·        5+ years restaurant management experience is necessary for the Assistant General Manager

·        The Assistant General Manager must possess exceptional communication skills

·        A desire to lead, coach and mentor is a must for the Assistant General Manager

·        The Assistant General Manager must have a passion for hospitality, and consistently deliver a great guest experience
