Requirements:
- 3 years of proven restaurant management or hospitality management experience
- Ability to write DSR reports and business correspondence. Great oral and written communication
- Interview, check references, hire, train
- Ability to problem solve and deal with a variety of challenges on a day-to-day basis
- Write a schedule
- Monitor labor
- Process payroll
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Professional written and oral communication
- Progressive discipline
- Reviews staff, provides coaching and feedback
- Inventory and ordering
- Assist in coordinating maintenance needs

- Experience with social media
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills
- Certifications in food safety, sexual harassment prevention, leadership courses, and serving alcohol safely are beneficial
- BS degree in Business Administration; hospitality management is a plus
- Can stand on feet for long durations of time
- Can lift 50lbs
Compensation Package & Perks:
