Assistant Scheduler - Fortive Corporation

About the Job
The demand for our product is high and continues to grow! We are looking to hire an assistant scheduler who can help lead and provide meaningful order updates to our customers along with inventory management tasks. This is a hands-on role that will be critical in helping ensure a positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity to make an impact with a successful organization.
Responsibilities include:
+ Help reply to order status, follow ups, and order prioritization requests
+ Check order status on past due orders and work with production managers to get updates
+ Update promise dates timely and accurately to provide useful information to our customers
+ Assist Master Scheduler with key tasks for planning actions.
+ Provide coverage to Master Schedule while on PTO
+ Work with Inventory Controller on various inventory related tasks to be determined by the Inventory Controller.
What we are looking for:
+ Familiarity with ERP systems, Oracle a plus
+ Basic understanding of excel
+ Good written and oral communication skills
+ Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Someone who is driven and resourceful, and had a customer-first mindset
+ Scheduling experience is a plus!

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is Hourly USD 24. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
