What this job involves:

As an Assistant Site Manager at JLL, you'll support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, with a focus on coordinating vendor activities and ensuring service quality. You'll assist in maintaining site standards, addressing operational issues, and supporting the implementation of site-specific strategies to meet client needs.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Assisting in the coordination and supervision of hard and soft services vendors on site
• Conducting routine site inspections to ensure vendor compliance with service agreements
• Supporting the Site Manager in vendor performance reviews and quality assessments
• Helping to resolve day-to-day operational issues and vendor-related concerns
• Collecting and organizing data for site performance reports and analyses
• Assisting in the implementation of site-specific operational procedures and protocols
• Participating in safety and compliance initiatives to maintain a secure work environment
• Liaising between vendors, on-site staff, and the Site Manager to facilitate communication

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in facility management, operations, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in vendor management and service level agreements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic familiarity with facility management software
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a corporate or commercial setting
• Familiarity with common building systems and maintenance practices
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workplace setting
• Experience with data collection and basic reporting
• Understanding of sustainable practices in facility management
• Exposure to project management principles
