Assistant Social Worker - Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an Assistant Social Worker with a passion for working with elders, to fill a full-time position.

The Assistant Social Worker will assist in providing psychological, rehabilitation, and social support to our patients and families. To be a successful Assistant Social Worker, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ultimately, a top-notch candidate is compassionate and empathetic.

We would like to speak with an Assistant Social Worker who is skilled in communication, assessment and social work methods and techniques. You should be able to work effectively with a variety of disciplines in an individual and team setting. The successful candidate should have a working understanding of social systems along with the ability to implement pertinent state and federal regulations.

• Basic knowledge of the Medicaid process is required.
• Social Work or a related field experience preferred, but not required.
