- Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
- In support of Sourcing Solutions Development, review client RFP documents in thorough detail to develop a detailed Sourcing Strategy; including category-specific strategies, resource models, cost-saving ideas, innovations, and creative approaches to differentiate JLL from our competitors.
- Engage and leverage Sourcing & Procurement Platform and Key Stakeholders for support in developing a Sourcing Program, such as Category Management, Legal, etc.
- Engage suppliers for competitive pricing proposals that also challenge the status quo, and seek savings glide paths, benchmarks, or an underwritten solution for each category.
- Analyze supplier cost proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine the reasonability of price and contractor capabilities.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure we have accurately underwritten pricing assumptions.
- Provide/support technical written responses to client RFP questions where related to Sourcing & Procurement.
- For Sourcing Mobilizations, manage large sets of data in excel, tracking required and received data by vendor.
- Assist in the creation of Sourcing's vendor information packets and attachments as needed for mobilization (new accounts and expansions)
- In support of supplier onboarding, manage email correspondence between JLL and vendor partners.
- For account readiness and supplier onboarding, complete bulk upload templates using various data sets compiled during mobilization.
- Manage the Site Service Matrix to ensure JLL has vendor in place for all required sites and categories, assist the Mobilization Team Lead with contingency plans as needed.
- Make and field follow up phone calls with vendors throughout the transition period.
- Support the Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
- Managing large sets of data in Excel, knowledge of VLOOKUP, pivot table, and duplicate check functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills – oral and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with variable timelines simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.
- Understanding of JLL Sourcing & Procurement technologies: Jaggaer, Corrigo, E1, Delphi Address Book, JLL Marketplace, Avetta.
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
- Change management champion with the mindset to identify, communicate and drive change resulting in efficiencies to current processes.
- Detail oriented, able to understand and analyze client RFP documents and data
- Sales and marketing ability, apply both sales and procurement skills to each pursuit
Estimated total compensation for this position:
65,000.00 – 65,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
