Position: Retail Store Operations Lead
Location: 2825 East Ocotillo, Chandler, Arizona, 85249
Starting Pay: $45K/Year

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily sales floor operations to ensure optimal customer service.

Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to achieve sales goals.

Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation.

Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with management to support Goodwill's mission.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for community service and Goodwill's mission.
