Position: Retail Store Operations Lead
Location: 23425 North 39th Drive, Suite 101, Glendale, Arizona, 85310
Starting Pay: $45,000 / Year
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sales floor operations to ensure a positive customer experience. Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Monitor inventory levels and assist in merchandising strategies. Implement store policies and procedures to meet organizational goals. Collaborate with management to drive sales and fundraising initiatives. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of retail management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for community service and Goodwill's mission.
