Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (ASM)
Position Purpose: The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing store associates and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies.
- Monitor product availability and maintain store appearance.
- Drive profitability through effective merchandising and inventory management.
- Provide training and development for team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- 2+ years of retail experience, with leadership roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
