Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Position Purpose: The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing store associates and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies.
• Monitor product availability and maintain store appearance.
• Drive profitability through effective merchandising and inventory management.
• Provide training and development for team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience, with leadership roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
