Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview: Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations and ensures a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist in store and restaurant operations.
• Manage cashier settlements and ensure accuracy.
• Implement and follow up on store promotions.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain service standards.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Previous retail or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
