Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading and inspiring the store team through hiring, coaching, and evaluating employees.
- Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience that meets our high standards.
- Assist in nurturing and developing leadership skills of the store Management staff.
- Support store operations and implement effective procedures for optimal efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training initiatives.
- Foster motivation and engagement through recognition programs and positive reinforcement.
- Engage with team members to address concerns and implement improvements.
- Connect with, observe and coach employees in all departments to support and develop future leaders
- Challenge their teams to identify skill gaps and celebrate progress
- Assisting with the forecasting and management of yearly budgets.
- Inspire others to engage, perform and create a work environment which is open, honest, collaborative and accountable through clear, consistent communication that is inclusive and influences their teams.
- Demonstrate ability to pro-actively identify and respond to business changes and readily shifts roles and priorities to meet these changes
- Establish and build trust across business functions and all departments to achieve goals.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
Must be a motivating leader with the ability to inspire others to engage, perform and create a positive work environment that supports our Core Values.
- 5-7 years of sales management experience in a high-volume retail environment or equivalent education.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management software.
- Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational abilities.
- A passion for leading and motivating others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong reasoning and judgment capabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.

Jordan’s has budgeted, but does not guarantee, that the compensation for new hire employees in this position will range from $95k - $110k, this is total compensation inclusive of commissions.
