Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

This position is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a retail operation and serves as the second in charge of operations to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the store team.
• Ensure a positive customer shopping experience.
• Assist in managing daily operations and inventory control.
• Train and develop team members for optimal performance.
• Support sales initiatives and achieve store goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience, with leadership roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
