Position: Retail Store Operations Lead
Location: 18631 N. 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85027
Starting Pay: $45,000 / Year

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily sales floor operations to ensure optimal customer service.

Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in merchandising strategies.

Implement store policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and support Goodwill's mission.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for community service and Goodwill's mission.
