Assistant Store Manager - 43rd Ave Store (43rd Ave & Thunderbird)

Position: Retail Store Operations Lead

Location: 4147 W. Thunderbird Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85053

Starting Pay: $45,000 / Year

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sales floor operations to ensure optimal customer service.
• Train, mentor, and manage retail staff to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory management.
• Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and donations.
• Ensure compliance with Goodwill policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for community service and Goodwill’s mission.
