Position: Retail Store Operations Lead
Location: 1625 W. Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85015
Starting Pay: $45,000 / Year

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily sales floor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in merchandising strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and support the Goodwill mission.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for community service and Goodwill's mission.
