Hourly Rate: $19.28 - $19.48 (dependent upon qualifications and experience)

Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in various operational tasks for a Seasonal Store.

Responsibilities:

Assist in staffing and training store associates.

Oversee store setup, merchandising, and inventory management.

Support pack-up and teardown processes post-season.

Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation.

Assist in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Passion for Halloween and seasonal retail.
