Duties and Responsibilities

Operation:

• Ensure that all food served with state and local health codes
• Help kitchen run specials and get them advertised
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
• Ensure the employees are keeping the store clean and organized
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Ensure all employees are following policies and procedures
• Manage the incoming mail
• Submit Cig rebates monthly

Financials:

• Plan the budget and authorize expenses according to this budget
• Monitoring cash flow to ensure that the business has enough capital to pay bills on time and make investments in equipment or facilities
• Monitor store profits including gas and merchandise and report concerns to manager
• Enter and maintain Daily report
• Count money daily or every other day and get to manager to verify
• Report long/shorts to manager (report)
• Run money to the bank
• Keeping the Change full and getting more from the bank
• Enter Gas inventory & monitor profit
• Check/change gas prices daily
• Monitor waste report monthly, look for trends or things you can improve
