Job Title: Assistant Manager

Purpose: As an Assistant Manager, you will drive individual sales results while supporting the store management team in building and inspiring a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily store operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support the management team in achieving sales targets and store goals.
• Help train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain store standards, including merchandising and inventory management.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints effectively.
