About the Job
We are an extremely busy automotive repair center looking for an experienced automotive repair Assistant Store Manager. Starting salary ranges from $52,000 - $60,000 plus bonus based on performance. Ideal candidates will have a strong focus on repeat customer sales, be chief problem solvers, and will bring a strong sense of urgency to the shop environment. We are looking for individuals who love providing fantastic customer service experiences, enjoy managing people, and have strong positive leadership qualities. It is our goal to promote the assistant store manager to store manager within 1 year.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of automotive industry
- Retail sales experience is preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
