As Project Assistant Superintendent, you hold a support role for the on-site day to day operations of the project. The assistant superintendent is responsible for coordination support of every aspect of the project and drives the efficacy of scheduling, making sure each trade is on schedule and on budget. The assistant superintendent works in concert with the project superintendent and project engineer to keep the project rolling as smoothly as possible. The assistant superintendent is chiefly responsible for the final delivery of finished units, with an emphasis on each unit being constructed and finished in accordance with plans and specifications and is the front line for quality control with a critical eye for detail.

You qualify for this position if you:
- Are a self-starter, leads by example
- Can you articulate detail issues that may need designers input
- Comfortable interacting with Subcontractors in the field to resolve questions and issues
- Do you have an eye for a safe workplace and take the responsibility of keeping it safe
- Interact with the project team and accepting the roles and responsibilities laid out for you
- Are you driven to monitor and insure the project schedule
- Can you create and track a punch list for completion
