Job Title: Assistant Teacher

Description: The Assistant Teacher will support the supervision, education, and care of children with disabilities, ages birth to 36 months, in a preschool/early intervention setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Support daily activities and routines for children.
• Monitor and document children's progress.
• Collaborate with lead teachers and staff.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDA preferred.
• Experience with children with disabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience and compassion in working with young children.
