Your Role:
We're seeking enthusiastic and flexible Assistant Teachers dedicated to working with children aged 0-6 years old. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to enroll in our fully sponsored Montessori training course, empowering you to grow both personally and professionally.
This full-time position offers competitive hourly rates ranging from $20 to $24, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.

About You:
- Previous experience working with children in the early years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid negative TB test obtained within the last 12 months (prior to start date)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- A growth mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic about enrolling in our fully sponsored Montessori training program
