Administrative Assistant to Sales Director
Are you a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude and a knack for sales? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our International Sales Director. This role is a blend of 75% sales support and 25% administrative tasks, offering a unique opportunity to grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the International Sales Director with daily tasks and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service support.
- Manage and participate in both domestic and international travel (approximately 4 trips per year, with the longest trip lasting a week).
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask efficiently.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Flexibility to travel as needed (approximately 4 times per year)
- Ability to switch gears quickly
- Proactive and assertive.
