About the Job
The AEVP provides professional, confidential administrative support to the EVP.
Responsibilities:
•Monitor and update company strategic plan by month and quarterly.
•Compose and prepare letters and routine correspondence for the EVP’s review.
•Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
•Transcribe source material, prepare and proofread documents, reports, tables and charts; distribute as appropriate.
•Maintain a list of deadlines for all regulatory filings and industry registrations.
•Coordinate collection of quarterly reports and other data used for senior management decision making and staff evaluations.
•Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda materials
•Maintain paper and electronic filing and data systems.
•Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
•Monitor and maintain student intern assignments and deliverables.
•Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
•At least five years of experience in an administrative capacity.
•Excellent interpersonal, communications, written, research, time management and presentation skills.
•Strong analytical ability.
•Able to work independently and with a group.
•Can generate respect and trust from staff, customers and external stakeholders.
•Ability to creatively use Microsoft Office applications.
