About the Job
Must have supervisory/ managerial experience.
Administrative and business knowledge of Assisted Living regulations and budget.
Have the ability to develop strong relationships with residents, supporting family members and staff.
Have prior experience in or knowledge about dementia disease processes and leadership experience in a Memory support unit is helpful.
