JOB TITLE: HHA | Home Health Aide
DEPARTMENT: Garden House | Assisted Living

HHA RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide assistance to clients according to their established Care Plan
• Administer medications to clients
• Assist clients with their activities of daily living and provide personal care services
• Ensure clients are engaged in a variety of activities throughout the day

ATTRIBUTES OF SUCCESSFUL HHAs:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A current and valid New York State Home Health Aide certification
• Medication Tech certified or willing to obtain upon hire
• Sensitivity and genuine empathy for the geriatric population
