Position Description
As an Associate Administrator, you will be a key member of our Team Member Relations (Human Resources) team—a dedicated group committed to supporting our team members. You will play a crucial role in various Team Member Relations functions. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with different departments to ensure a positive and efficient work environment, providing guidance and assistance to our team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Team Member Relations processes and policies. Your efforts will help foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire appointments, managing badge and finger scan creation, as needed.
- Collaborate with benefits and payroll teams to support team members and deliver accurate information.
- Process new hires, terminations, and status changes efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks in the SAP system, handling address changes and performance appraisals.
- Maintain personnel files in Square9 through daily scanning, auditing, and indexing.
- Complete wage verifications and oversee Self Service monitoring.
- Respond promptly and courteously to team member questions and inquiries.
- Provide coverage for Reception and Team Member Relations desks, as required.
- Assist in vendor credentialing for team members, including background checks and attestation letters.
- Manage team member correspondence via Team Member Relations email.
- Carry out various administrative functions and other assigned duties.
Performance Objectives:
First 30 days
- Focus on learning about the company and your role.
- Complete all company and department-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) and trainings.
- Learn about your team structure and the individuals who are part of it.
- Discover the systems that are used in the company.
- Understand the processes that the company follows.
Within 60 Days
- Focus on contributing to the company's overall mission and departmental objectives.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to understand our customer needs.
- Apply strong communication and analytical skills to collaborate with stakeholders and foster relationships.
- Monitor and support the reception and Team Member Relations desks.
After 90 days to one year
- Collaborate with Applied Benefits and Payroll teams to assist team members and provide accurate information.
- Assist with maintaining all personnel files in Square9 to include daily scanning, auditing, and indexing.
- Communicate with team members to thoroughly answer questions and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Perform a variety of administrative functions and other related duties as assigned.
- Support all Team Member Relations teams with additional tasks, projects, and special assignments.
Position Requirements

Preferred
The following skills and attributes are preferred:
- Completion of High School education or equivalent.
- Two to three years experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, Farsi, or Filipino.
