Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized advice.
Policy Customization: Develop and present tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client.
Sales Goals: Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by effectively offering our range of insurance products.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Relationship Building: Foster enduring relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to provide the best solutions and advice to clients.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Licensing: Active State of Illinois Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain one before hiring.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, Inside/outside Sales, or B2B sales is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and engage with clients effectively.
Customer-Focused: Strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations, driven by a passion for helping others.
