About the Job
As an Associate Analyst - IT Procurement / Vendor Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting an enterprise-wide procurement initiatives, working closely with the Sr Director of Procurement/Vndr Mgt. Additionally, you will actively collaborate with the Procurement Team to successfully complete projects. This includes direct interaction with information technology related suppliers, handling quotes, bids, scheduling, and guiding vendors through the internal process. You will also engage directly with high-level business stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage or perform work associated with obtaining information technology related goods/services required by the organization including IT Product/Service Sourcing; IT Vendor Selection & Contract Administration.
- Defining and negotiating contract terms (e.g., system standards, service level agreements, etc.) and pricing; IT Vendor Performance Management.
- May also participate in planning/coordinating IT related equipment installations, moves, additions, and changes.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and
- 0+Years of experience
- Bachelors degree or soon-to-graduate- in Informational Technology related field, as this role will involve working closely with IT vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
