We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2+ years of litigation experience to join our fast-paced, growth-oriented law firm in Oklahoma City. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file legal documents in both state and federal courts, including e-filings.
- Draft trial and hearing documents.
- Stay current with developing case law.
- Conduct research and prepare memorandums.
- Provide case analysis and strategic recommendations on active matters.
- Manage document control and data management in production and discovery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience.
- Licensed to practice in Oklahoma.
- Eagerness to learn and grow as a trial attorney.
- Ability to take direction, communicate effectively with clients, and handle responsibilities with confidence.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
