Job Details
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas state bar and in good standing.
- 2+ years of experience in defense litigation, preferably with a focus on insurance defense litigation.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and rules of evidence.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
