Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with 2-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law, civil law, and general legal practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and contribute meaningfully to our clients' legal needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and advice in family law, civil law, and general legal matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Ohio.
- 2-10 years of experience in family law, civil law, and general legal practice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Book of Business required.
