What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis across multiple practice areas, utilizing Westlaw and other resources.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients effectively in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide clients with legal guidance and strategic advice.
- Assist in managing case files and preparing for trial.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters to develop strategies and case plans.
What You Need
- Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years in commercial, employment, real estate, intellectual property, or civil litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Strong negotiation skills for settlements and agreements.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of Westlaw and other legal research tools.
- License/Certification: Active Bar membership (required).
- Commute: Ability to commute to Encino, CA 91436 (required).
Salary & Benefits
- Location: Encino, CA 91436 (In-person with occasional remote work).
- Full-time.
- Pay: $135,000 - $145,000 per year.
- 401(k) retirement plan.

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
